HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Willowbrook Town Center

We just moved recently to Burr Ridge. I took my 14-year old son to the Sports Clips last Sunday to get a haircut since it is about the only major place in the area to do haircut. My son tried almost all the present hair dressers and wanted to try one he never seen before; Anthony. The waiting time as listed on the screen said 25 minutes. After almost 45 minutes Mr. Anthony was nowhere to be found. I talked to the manager; Courtney who said that he took his lunch break. I asked her: couldn’t he take it after he did the haircut to my son, or at least told us that he was going on his break?. She did nothing. After another 15-20 minutes I asked the manager about when Anthony was coming back. She replied rudely that; we are humans, we need to eat too. I have no problem with taking the break but they should have had the courtesy to let us know when he was coming back or to offer someone else to cut my son’s hair. All people came and gone and we were still waiting. I told Courtney I was not happy with the way this was handled and promised I would never come back. The manager waved with her hand sarcastically and said: “good Bye” as if she didn’t care with a smirk on her face. So much for good customer service! That was the most unprofessional place we had to deal with; over-rated and just offered bad treatment. We will never go back. They just lost us for good.
